Charles Saatchi an art collector has been kept under circumspect observation over a dramatic aggression on his TV presenter wife Nigella Lawson captured by a tabloid photographer just outside a fancy London restaurant. It carries no penalty, yet it can be used as evidence of bad character if a person is later prosecuted for a different crime. When asked about Saatchi, London's Metropolitan Police said that a 70-year-old man had been kept under circumspect observation subsequent to voluntarily attending a police station following an investigation into the pictures published by the Sunday People.

The next week release of Yamala Pagala Diwana-2 is also expected to reach this by the trend that is observed.  

Word of mouth spreads very fast.  So the collections no doubt speak for the success as we have seen in the past that the movies with a good publicity also failed at box office due to the failure to allure the audience.    That is one of the reasons why the collections are publicized.
