Why Katrina Kaif Rejected Bajirao Mastani Offer

Sanjay Leela Bhansali's most awaited upcoming project movie ‘Bajirao Mastani’ seems to have all the makings of an epic. The film has a huge budget of Rs.210 crore and this is a huge budget film which is ever made in Bollywood history.

The film will be recreating a portion of Maratha history with the actors - Ranveer, Deepika and Priyanka Chopra.

In Bollywood rumours and rivals are common among the actors and actress, Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif new rivalry has started recently because of their boy Ranbir Kapoor, ex boy friend of Deepika.

Katrina Kaif was first approached for the role in Bajirao Mastani but she rejected the offer, working with Sanjay Leela Bhansali in such a huge budget movie is dream come true for most of the stars. Why did Katrina reject the offer? Apparently, she didn't want to star opposite Ranveer Singh because he is his junior.

This statement was wrong because she has already worked her juniors in the past and currently for the film Fitoor she is working with junior Aditya Roy Kapur. The main reason might be that she was not willing to work with Ranveer Singh as he was in relationship with Deepika.

Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Ram Leela' has been renamed 'Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela'. This has been done just one day before its release. The movie's name had to be changed as there was criticism from all quarters for its original controversial name 'Ram Leela'.

A legal suit was filed against the big-budget film by six petitioners. The original title, according to the petitioners, 'Ram-Leela' has nothing to do with Lord Rama and is misleading to the audience.
