Graceful actress Deepika Padukone indeed had a fantabulous time this year accompanied by the release of four films. All the four films not just did good business at the box office on the contrary Deepika's performance was applauded by critics and fans. At the same time, the actress bagged Filmfare award for Best Actress for her role in 'Ram Leela'. On the other hand, Farhan Akhtar, who played Milkha Singh on celluloid, won the Best Actor award for 'Bhaag Milkha Bhaag'.

Veena Malik, Pakistani actress, TV host and model who appears in Lollywood and Bollywood films while being interviewed exclusively by tabloid speaks about her recent marriage to Assad Bashir Khan Khattak. To known more about graceful Malik, she made her film debut in 2000 with Sajjad Gul's Tere Pyar Mein. In 2002, she starred in Akbar Khan's Yeh Dil Aap Ka Huwa and Sassi Punno and later played roles in female-centric films such as Koi Tujh Sa Kahan, Mohabbatan Sachiyan, Ishq Be Parwah and Kabhi Pyar Na Karna. Malik went on to win the Lux Style Award for two in category of Best Actress.

In 2012, she earned commercial success in bollywood with Daal Mein Kuch Kaala Hai, Mumbai 125 KM 3D and Zindagi 50-50. In 2013 she appeared in Kannada film Dirty Picture: Silk Sakkath Maga and Supermodel.

Veena Malik married Pakistani Businessman Asad Bashir Khan Khattak in Dubai on 25 December 2013. She was known to have expressed that she has left Bollywood and will not accept any vulgar roles in films.

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is known to be at comfort mood. It seems that the enthusiasm of 'Ek Tha Tiger' and 'Dabangg 2' is missing. At the same time he seems to have left behind the passionately excited hype of Rs 100 crore club. Salman Khan is promoting his forthcoming film 'Jai Ho' through all possible means, on the contrary the old anxiety is not visible on his face.

Does this mean that Salman has finally come to terms characterized by the uncertainty of the box-office? Otherwise, he is extremely sure of his success?

The man has transformed undoubtedly. The 'Koffee With Karan' interview is a proof that he has learnt to take jokes in his progress. The way he hugged Shah Rukh Khan at a recently concluded award show also showed his maturity and willingness to move on in life. Even though Sohail Khan is the director of 'Jai Ho', but the onus was always on Salman to publicise it. The first trailer was received with enthusiasm as it was said to be the story of a common man, the flavour of the season. Nevertheless, the songs of the film failed to create the kind of buzz Fevicol otherwise Munni did, on the contrary he is supplementing it accompanied by interviews and public appearances.

Subsequent to the super-success of 'Chennai Express', 'Krrish 3' and 'Dhoom 3', the trade pundits are looking forward to 'Jai Ho' and whether it can create its own records or not. 'Ek Tha Tiger' managed to garner Rs 198 crore while 'Dabangg 2' gathered close to Rs 148 crore. In the intervening time, 'Chennai Express', 'Krrish 3' and 'Dhoom 3' collected Rs 227 cr, Rs 244 cr and Rs 260 cr respectively. 'Dhoom 3' drowned many records in the overseas markets as well.

Do you feel 'Jai Ho' will touch the Rs 200 crore mark???

Jai Ho is a forthcoming Bollywood action Drama feature film directed by Sohail Khan and produced by Sohail Khan along with Sunil Lulla. Jai Ho known to be starring Salman Khan and newcomer Daisy Shah accompanied by Sana Khan and Suniel Shetty in major roles.

Jai Ho has Tabu playing Salman's sister while Danny Denzongpa plays the main antagonist. The film happens to be a remake of Telugu film Stalin starring Chiranjeevi.

Salman Khan says Jai Ho Narendra Modi

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan expresses his support towards Narendra Modi during a press conference for world premiere of his latest movie “Jai Ho” during Wednesday at Meydan Hotel, Dubai.



During the time Salman was questioned by XPRESS at the premiere of the Sohail Khan-directed movie, Salman again defended right-wing Indian politician Narendra Modi who is running for the prime minister’s post. Salman when asked whether he felt he had disappointed his Muslim fans by flying kites accompanying Modi said he is the chief minister of a state. There is a judicial system (in place) that has cleared him (of any wrongdoing), then why should he apologize? he said when asked whether he felt he had disappointed his Muslim fans by flying kites with Modi. He recently attended a festival in Gujarat state where around 2,000 Muslims died in communal violence under Modi’s watch in 2002. In fact, Salman Khan, subsequent to appearing with Narendra Modi at a kite festival, has now reportedly said that the Gujarat Chief Minister need not apologize for the post-Godhra riots in Gujarat in 2002.



Salman expressed during an interview that since the judiciary has made Modi free from built or blame for his declared involvement in the riots, he should not say sorry for the communal violence. Nevertheless, Salman refused to approved Modi for the prime minister's post, saying he was not in a position yet to do the same. He added that he do not want his views to influence millions of his fans' judgement. He added that it was fun to fly kites with the Gujarat Chief Minister. Salman added that it may be noted that Modi has been nominated by the BJP as its PM candidate for the 2014 Lok Sabha elections. Commenting on the recent controversy over attending the Saifai Mahotsav in Uttar Pradesh, the Bollywood star said he should not be taught what his moral responsibility is.



Salman, son of a Muslim father and Hindu mother, has a massive fan following among millions of Muslims, a community angered by his public support for Modi. Muslims in India hold Modi responsible for the riots in his state in 2002. An Indian journalist based in Dubai said that Salman is not just an actor, he is a Muslim success story in a country where a large majority of Muslims are poor, backward and downtrodden. It was a surprise to see Salman’s brazen praise of the person most Muslims hate.



During Wednesday, calls grew in India to boycott his film in succession to praising Modi and saying he needn't apologize to Muslims, a long-pending demand of the community. In Hyderabad, Parliament member Asaduddin Owaisi drive with incitement to effort to  Muslims not to buy tickets to Jai Ho as a mark of protest. In Aligarh a youth group issued a call to boycott the film also starring newcomers Daisy Shah and Sana Khan. Modi, whom Muslims blame to be guilty of provoking and shielding rioters, was cleared of involvement in the violence by a special investigation team.
